The vision of Mountain Property Watch came to life under the umbrella of Tiger Home Building Inspections. In 2008, Mountain Property Watch launched as a specific property management and home services company. We provide a broad variety of services for the Summit County second homeowners. Our programs are designed to manage vacant homes and support short-term vacation rentals. Our goal is to offer unsurpassed mountain home expertise to you. We deliver an elevated level of communication with focus on teamwork, execution, and reliability. We provide 24/7 service coverage for homeowners or guests. Our main priority is client satisfaction while building relationships for life.

• She has experience in Financial Services, Banking, Lending and Customer Service and entrepreneurship.
• Perry has been a Summit County resident since the 90’s
• He has 25+ years of experience as a General Contractor and specializes in Bathroom and Kitchen remodeling. He has a vast knowledge base of home systems that are commonly found in Summit County.
• We have a large Network of Summit County resources in vetted Subcontractors and contacts.
